Moldavian wine was proudly presented this year by a record number of 40 wineries, including 15 small producers, at RO Wine – International Wine Festival of Romania, which took place between May 12-14 in Bucharest.

The winemakers brought to the festival wines with stories, created in the spirit of dedication to quality and the tradition of making Bacchus liqueur in each bottle speak for itself and tell its history.

Visitors could discover the distinct signature of each winery and taste more than 200 varieties of wine produced in the Republic of Moldova: dry wines, young wines from the 2022 harvest, sparkling wines, wines with PGI and wines obtained from organically grown grapes. Thus, the guests were able to get to know the country wine brand "Vinul Moldovai. A living legend", but also the talented people behind it.

Participation in the event was possible thanks to the financial support of ONVV and the USAID Moldova Rural Competitiveness and Resilience Project in Moldova.
