Wine Regions
In the Republic of Moldova there are 4 regions for the production of wine products with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). They are Codru, Ștefan Vodă, Valul lui Traian and Divin. Each region is run by an association of wine producers with PGI. All 4 PGIs are protected both in the Republic of Moldova and in the EU.

Vinia Denovi Winery

Vinia Denovi Ltd. (Chateau Denovie) is a company specialised in the production and sale of alcoholic beverages.

The company produces collection wines, ordinary grape wines and non-alcoholic wines. The Chateau Denovie Winery was founded in 1940 and is located in the Valul lui Traian wine region.

Products

Wines "Chateau Denovie Collection"

This is a collection of exclusive wines from local grape varieties, aged wines, and blended wines. These are made according to the classic technology from selected grapes of varieties grown in the South of the Republic of Moldova, in the Valul lui Traian area. The production of this wine is carried out in accordance with modern winemaking technologies.

Wines "Privat Wine Collection"

This is a series of varietal and blended matured wines, made from grapes grown in the Republic of Moldova, in the wine regions Valul lui Traian and Codru. These wines are produced in accordance with modern winemaking technologies.

Wines "Casa Petru Fără Alcool"

This is a series of alcohol-free wines, rich in minerals and vitamins, free of fats. The alcohol is extracted from the wine through a process called vacuum distillation so that the ingredients of a non-alcoholic wine are 99 percent the same as the ones of an alcoholic wine. The difference comes from the percentage of alcohol rather than from the content of iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, and the vitamin B complex that are to be found in both categories of wines.
