Novak Winery
The Novak winery promotes a new vision of traditional winemaking in the southern region of the Republic of Moldova, which combines traditions with innovative technologies. Each bottle of wine produced here also means the promotion of high-quality wine.
The wines produced by this winery are distinguished by their deep, intense taste and rich bouquet in sense of the best traditions of the Old World. The Novak vineyards are located in Comrat, Tartaul and Ciobalaccia village, Cantemir district. The classic varieties pre-sent here include Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Malbec which are cultivated together with such traditional local varieties as Rară Neagră, Feteasca Regală and others.
The winery succeeded to rebirth a number of forgotten varieties such as Alb de Onițcani and Floricica, varieties thought by some experts lost in history.
